Peoplr is seeking a Senior Policy Administrator for our client, Westport HRH LLC, a financial-administrative services company specializing in insurance expertise. This job is ideal for resourceful, solutions-oriented project leaders who thrive in fast-paced, task-driven environments. The Senior Policy Administrator is a full-time, regular role. The chosen candidate will work fully onsite during the initial onboarding and training period, after which they may be eligible for a hybrid schedule, determined by their ability to independently and consistently perform the requirements of the role.


What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)


As a Senior Policy Administrator, you will…



  • Administer and service Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI), Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI), and non-qualified benefit plan policies


  • Manage end-to-end claims administration


  • Oversee participant administration activities, providing exceptional service and support for participant inquiries and requests


  • Lead client onboarding, implementation, and project coordination efforts to ensure successful new business installations and smooth transitions


  • Support insurance administration platforms, reporting, and illustration management while partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and translate business requirements into effective solutions

Required Qualifications



  • 7+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, accounting, or related operational field


  • Excellent task management abilities; able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple incoming requests and respond within time guidelines


  • Top-notch time management skills; ability to quickly digest complex information and respond in a timely manner


  • Strong project leadership skills


  • Ability to work and solve problems independently, while knowing when to collaborate and seek additional input


  • Technical proficiency; unafraid to work with software, identify problems, and report to technical teams


  • Microsoft Office familiarity, specifically Excel


  • Familiarity and resourcefulness with various websites for research and processing


  • Excellent communication skills; confidence in connecting with external clients and internal leadership


  • Bachelor’s degree



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in life insurance administration, such claims management, participant services, policy administration, and/or working with insurance carriers, brokers, participants, and institutional clients


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access
