Your opportunity 

• Multi-asset investment strategist focused on integrating quantitative techniques with fundamental macro views


• Contribute to portfolio construction and optimization across macro strategies


• Maintain and grow relationships among ETF providers and internal partners


• Translate macro and fundamental research into quantitative and model-driven investment frameworks


• Partner with JHG risk, trading, and optimization teams to improve implementation and outcomes


• Support research, product innovation, and investment communication


• Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

• Demonstrated experience across quantitative and fundamental macro investing


• Strong research background with genuine investment decision-making experience


• Broad multi-asset market knowledge and sound market intuition


• Familiarity with portfolio optimizers and construction tools


• Experience mentoring or guiding junior investment talent


• Graduate degree/CFA preferred


• Minimum 10 years relevant experience

Compensation information  

The base salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through the end of April 2026.
