The Senior Practice Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services while maintaining high standards of patient care. · 12 physicians and 6 APPs
· Provide oversight to Mercy Clinic Gastroenterology, Mercy Clinic Colon & Rectal Surgery and Mercy IBD and Gastroenterology Center

This role requires strong clinic management experience, proven capability in leading clinical operations, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with physicians, APPs, and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 5 years of healthcare or supervisor experience

• Experience in a physician clinic setting required
