Senior Product Manager

Berry Street is building on the convergence of AI, GLP-1s, and the consumerization of healthcare — while leveraging insurance to make life-changing metabolic care as accessible as possible for all. Our platform connects patients with 2,000+ clinicians and AI tools to treat obesity, diabetes/prediabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, maternal health, and dozens of other chronic and acute conditions, working with major health plans, health systems, and care management companies across all 50 states. The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own execution on a meaningful slice of our patient or provider experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build, not just coordinate — you'll partner closely with our Head of Product to turn strategy into a clear, sequenced roadmap, then get into the details of shipping it well.

We want someone who moves fluidly between day-to-day product decisions and broader judgment calls, who's excited to work in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment, and who's genuinely fluent with AI tools — both in how you work and in what you build for users.

What you’ll work on

• Own product execution across patient and provider experiences
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and care quality
• Simplify an existing product experience with a bias toward clarity and usefulness
• Contribute to product strategy discussions and help translate strategy into execution
• Use AI thoughtfully to improve workflows, matching, search, decision support, and user experience
• Prototype ideas quickly and use artifacts to drive alignment across product, design, engineering, ops, and leadership
• Partner day-to-day with engineering and design to ship fast, with tight feedback loops and minimal thrash
• Partner on integration thinking as we expand platform capabilities and incorporate new products and systems

• Product experience. 4–5+ years in a product management role, including 2+ years of tenure at a single company — enough time to see decisions through and build real depth, not just breadth.
• AI-forward. Demonstrated experience building with AI tools and/or shipping AI-powered features for users — real intuition for where AI creates durable value versus surface-level novelty.
• Strong product judgment. Comfortable moving between strategist and doer, and operating with high autonomy in an ambiguous, low-process environment.
• Excellent taste in simplification. You know how to reduce noise, not add it, and can prototype and communicate ideas clearly without over-relying on lengthy PRDs.
• Collaborative and direct. A low-ego, high-conviction working style — you engage directly, challenge constructively, and help the team make decisions and move.
• In-office in NYC. This role is based at our Madison Square Park office full-time.
