Partner with multi-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement Monitor and report quality metrics including DPM, yield variation, and reliability performance Troubleshoot wafer‑fab problems, perform root‑cause analysis, and manage defect and excursion investigations Evaluate products to confirm performance against design requirements and recommend process or equipment adjustments Define and standardize SOPs and apply statistical tools to monitor process deviations Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor quality, manufacturing, or process engineering Familiarity with semiconductor process flows and failure analysis methods Experience with statistical tools such as SPC, DOE, regression analysis, or deviation‑management systems Strong ability to analyze data, communicate findings, and coordinate across teams Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Physics, or related engineering field Internship or project experience in semiconductor or electronics industries Experience with yield analysis tools, reliability assessments, or WLR methodologies Knowledge of ISO standards or audit procedures ASQ CQE or similar quality certification
