Senior Property Manager

Our client is a premiere Real Estate Management firm that has been providing residential property management services to hundreds of buildings in New York City for more than 100+ years.  They are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for delivering best in class client service and overseeing a portfolio of co-ops and condos.

Qualifiications:

• Capital Project Experience - e.g. façade, heating systems, elevator modernizations, HVAC systems, etc.


• Administration/oversight for Apartment Alterations


• Substantial experience with co-op/condo board and annual


• meetings


• Knowledge of financial matters - e.g. budget, arrears, capital project budgets


• Knowledge and experience with governmental compliance


• Familiar with all co-op condo governing documents - e.g. Offering Plans, By-Laws, etc.


• Experience with property management software programs - e.g. accounting systems, Buildinglink, etc.


• Basic proficiency in computer technology - e.g. Word, Excel, etc.


• Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
