We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to support our clients in North America. The position will require travel between 10% and 20%.   

 
The Role: 
 
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in the entire life cycle of implementations for our Aptean Food and Beverage Solutions. You'll lead requirements sessions, collaborating on the analysis of business needs and translating them into precise specifications. Your responsibilities extend to conducting workshops for end-user education, customizing modules based on specific business requirements, and seamlessly integrating solutions with technical teams. Throughout the implementation process, you'll be at the forefront of managing project documentation, conducting thorough testing, and providing ongoing customer support. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring a smooth and successful Dynamics 365 Business Central deployment. 

We’re Looking For: 

• 5+ years’ experience in Software or ERP implementations 

• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics NAV/BC modules and functionalities. 

• Strong understanding of business processes and best practices within the routing & scheduling industry. 

• 5+ years’ experience creating comprehensive functional design documents and system documentation. 

• 3+ years’ experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing. 

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
