Senior Quality Program Manager

The Senior Quality Program Manager (QPM) facilitates quality improvement programs to standardize care delivery, increase reliability, promote high value care and support an effective quality management system at Swedish.  Under the direction of Quality Division leadership and in collaboration with operational and clinical leadership, the Senior QPM leads the design, implementation, and sustainment of prioritized quality goals by managing complex, cross-functional quality programs at a campus or health system level.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• Upon hire: CPHQ, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other related process improvement or quality 


• 5 years Healthcare.


• 5 years If bachelor's degree is in an unrelated field, an additional 5 years of industry experience is required.


• Interpreting regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, national quality metrics, and health services research.


• Expert work experience in quality management, patient safety, systems thinking, change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Lab Technologist, Physical Therapist, Pharmacist, RHIA or other clinical healthcare education. 


• Master's Degree in Healthcare administration, public health, nursing, business or related subject.    


• Electronic Health Record.


• ISO 9001.
