Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Regional Clinical Manager to join our expanding clinical team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a commitment to patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) license or degree in healthcare administration or related field required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

•  Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical or outpatient setting 
•  Experience managing multi-site operations required 
•  Experience supervising and developing managers required.
•  Experience overseeing clinical operations and driving performance improvement required.
• Experience with financial management, operational strategy, and organizational change preferred.

Skills & Abilities

•  Strong leadership, coaching, and management development skills.
•  Ability to lead multiple managers and maintain accountability across several regions.
•  Strong understanding of clinical operations, patient flow, and healthcare performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and develop improvement strategies.
•  Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and lead organizational change.
• Strong collaboration skills with physicians, executive leadership, and cross-functional departments.
•  Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational support.

Travel

•  Travel between clinic locations required based on regional needs
