The Opportunity Alliance has five separate adult residential programs in Portland and South Portland, ME. Each of these programs supports 8 -12 adults at a time. These are
24-hour residential treatment programs, providing a supportive living environment using an integrated health model, recognizing the unique needs of each resident.
The Senior Residential Services Technicians are technical positions that provide direct services in support of the lives of people residing in the program. These positions contribute to the accomplishment of the Agency mission through the provision of direct service contributing to the co-occurring treatment of the program.
This Senior role will fill the job responsibilities of a Residential Services Technician by contributing to and identifying needs or emerging needs, physical and mental health wellbeing, medication administration, personal support, watchful oversight, and milieu management. This role is responsible for supporting a clean and organized facility, and in maintaining staff office, charts and documentation. Additionally, this Senior role may supervise the Awake Overnight and Relief RST’s
These positions attend weekly or bi-weekly staff meetings and participate in other meetings as necessary.
Work is performed, reviewed, and evaluated under the supervision of the Program Director.
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Location: on-site in South Portland
