Senior Sales Account Executive – Fleet

Location: Hybrid Remote – Texas Territory (Houston, Dallas/DFW, Austin, or San Antonio)
Travel: 25%–50%

Overview

Seeking an experienced and customer-focused sales professional to drive business growth across Texas within the fleet and transportation sector. This role focuses on building relationships with government, public safety, and select commercial clients while delivering tailored fleet solutions. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, self-motivated, and experienced in managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective fleet customers
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Develop partnerships with government agencies and commercial organizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful customer outcomes
  • Track sales activity, market trends, and account performance using CRM tools
  • Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3–5+ years of Account Executive or B2B sales experience
  • Experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or government procurement preferred
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Work Environment

  • Hybrid remote role within the Texas territory
  • Candidates must be located in a major Texas metro area: Houston, Dallas/DFW, Austin, or San Antonio
  • Travel required based on business and client needs
  • Occasional in-person collaboration with leadership and internal teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $140,000
  • Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
  • Estimated Year 1 earnings around $125,000
  • Year 2+ earning potential of $200,000+
  • Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits included
