Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: Woodcrest Villa

Compensation: 

Base Salary: $67,000–$70,000 annually

Bonus/Incentive Opportunity: This position is eligible to participate in the Marketing Department’s bonus/incentive program, which includes an opportunity to earn additional compensation based on meeting established sales goals. The bonus/incentive structure and eligibility requirements will be reviewed with the selected candidate upon hire.

Bonus/incentive eligibility, structure, and payout are subject to the applicable program terms and organizational guidelines.

The Senior Sales & Marketing Specialist serves as the primary sales leader responsible for achieving occupancy goals. This role is focused approximately 80% on Sales and 20% on Marketing support. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING  Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Real Estate, or a related field required.

  
  

• 
  

  Five or more years of successful sales experience, with demonstrated achievement of revenue, occupancy, or business development goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process and close high-value transactions.

  
  


• Experience in senior living, Life Plan Communities, CCRC, healthcare, or high-end residential sales preferred.


• 
  

  SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) credential preferred.

  
  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

• 
  

  Serve as the primary sales representative for Woodcrest Villa’s luxury apartments and future independent living growth initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing and converting prospective residents and their families.

  
  

• 
  

  Conduct personalized consultations, discovery meetings, tours, presentations and follow-up interactions with prospective residents.   

  
  

• 
  

  Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, including lead qualifications, financial discussions, apartment selection, reservation agreements and move-in coordination.

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver compelling presentations to individuals and community groups that effectively communicate the value, benefits, and unique offerings of Woodcrest Villa and the broader Tandem Living continuum of care.

  
  

• 
  

  Partner with the Move-in Coordinator to ensure a seamless resident transition from reservation through occupancy.
