Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator & Valuer who is confident in carrying out market appraisals, winning instructions, negotiating offers and guiding sales through to completion. This role would suit an ambitious and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers alike. You will be joining a successful independent agency with strong market presence, excellent earning potential and a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out accurate and professional market appraisals


• Win new instructions and build a strong pipeline of business


• Register buyers and match suitable properties to applicants


• Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to vendors


• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers


• Progress sales through to exchange and completion


• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and solicitors


• Generate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting


• Ensure all records and CRM systems are kept up to date


• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous estate agency sales experience is essential


• Experience carrying out valuations and winning instructions


• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail


• Positive, professional and calm approach


• Self-motivated, proactive and driven to succeed


• Ability to build strong client relationships


• Reliable, tenacious and results-focused


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

Package and Benefits:

• Basic salary: £26,000 - £28,000 OTE: £36,000 - £38,000


• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm


• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm with a day in lieu
