• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including software architecture.
  
  


• 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.
  
  


• Senior Salesforce Full Stack Developer to support modernization initiatives for the Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) / CT-KIND.
  
  


• Designing, developing, and enhancing custom Salesforce applications while working across Salesforce and Microsoft .NET technologies.
  
  


• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of custom Salesforce applications.
  
  


• Develop advanced solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce.
  
  


• Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
  
  


• Develop full-stack solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft .NET, C#, SOA, CRUD operations, and SOQL.
  
  


• Participate across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
  


• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and solution documentation.
  
  


• Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  
  


• Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing Salesforce applications.
  
  


• Mentor junior and less-experienced developers and contribute to team capability development.
  
  


• Support Agile development practices and modernization initiatives.
  
  


• Advanced hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex.
  
  


• Strong experience with Lightning Pages and Visualforce.
  
  


• Strong full-stack development experience.
  
  


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, OOP, and SOA.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of SOQL and CRUD operations.
  
  


• Experience working across multiple phases of the SDLC.
  
  


• Strong technical documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
  


• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.
  
  


• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  
  


• Experience with large-scale modernization or government technology initiatives.
