Senior Service Now Developer (Hybrid)

The Senior ServiceNow Developer role within Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) involves providing technical leadership to a growing team of ServiceNow engineers, focusing on enhancing Service Management capabilities on the ServiceNow Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. This position requires hands -on technical development and configuration of ServiceNow engineering solutions, particularly in areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Chat, Portal, and Security Incident Response (SIR) capabilities. The Senior ServiceNow Developer serves as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various stakeholders to design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy solutions on the platform while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and reducing customization. Minimum qualifications include extensive experience in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and monitoring, as well as strong skills in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations. ServiceNow certifications and a solid technical background are advantageous, and the candidate should possess excellent organizational, analytical, and problem -solving skills.
