Job Description - Senior Sheet Metal Project Manager

Senior Sheet Metal Project Manager position in Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:

Manage schedule, budget, change-orders

Review and ensure accuracy for estimates for upcoming projects

Meet with suppliers and sub-contractors

Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and Owners

Requirements:

10+ years of Sheet Metal Project Management experience

Extensive Mechanical (HVAC/Sheet Metal) knowledge

Large project experience

Familiar with FL Sheet Metal/HVAC Building Codes

Stable work-history

Local or can easily relocate

Strong references
