Senior Site Supervisor

General Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative oversight ensuring quality services to children and families.
2. Supervise site personnel and food associates.  
3. Conduct site-based training, staff meetings, and monthly supervision meetings
4. Manage staff conflict and assist to come to a resolution. 
5. Monitor account receivables, parent payments, and center expenditures.
6. Assist with recruitment, enrollment of eligible children and families.
7. Assist with parent involvement and coordinate monthly parent meetings and trainings.
8. Maintain and monitor child and family records to meet program requirements.
9. Conduct classroom observations and provide technical support and guidance to staff.
10. Ensure facility safety, health, and compliance with regulations.
11. Coordinate site staff needs, emergency leave, and building emergencies.
12. Prepare written reports, attend meetings, and participate in training workshops.
13. Actively support supervised employees in achieving goals related to job performance, professional growth, and development, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
14. Other duties as assigned within the guidelines of this position.

1. Master's degree in early childhood education or related field with 36 college course hours in early childhood.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families.
3. Prior supervisory experience.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and handle increased responsibility.
7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
8. CLASS reliability within 2 years of employment.
9. Obtain Food Manager and Safety Certification within 1 year of employment
10. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of liability insurance.
11. Passage of background clearance, physical, and TB test.
12. Adhere to the Agency’s Code of Ethics and conduct all responsibilities in accordance with the standards outlined in the Employee Handbook.
