You will work closely with the Vizient Spend Executive and the account management team to ensure alignment with the client\u0027s strategic goals and to enable measurable value through cost savings, contract penetration, and supply chain optimization. This role will support the execution of the client\u0027s work plan, leveraging Vizient tools, resources, and analytics.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Lead execution of the client workplan and manage complex programs independently.\n\n * Cultivate strategic, trust-based relationships with client leaders by aligning Vizient solutions to their priorities, driving collaboration, and influencing long-term partnership growth.\n\n * Leverage advanced data analysis and interpretation to synthesize analytics into strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact.\n\n * Employ analytical storytelling to communicate findings and convey insights that drive informed decision-making.\n\n * Oversee contract performance management across multiple categories, ensuring optimal utilization and value realization.\n\n * Lead strategic initiatives and facilitate executive-level discussions to align goals and identify new opportunities.\n\n * Provide strategic guidance and consultation to stakeholders across multiple functions, serving as a trusted advisor.\n\n * Operate autonomously, mentor peers, and support standardization and continuous improvement efforts within the team.\n\n * Apply advanced problem-solving and critical thinking to complex issues, developing and implementing innovative solutions.\n\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Relevant degree preferred.\n\n * 5 or more years of experience in account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain required. Clinical background would be a plus.\n\n * Proven ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights effectively to senior executives.\n\n * Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management and performance optimization.\n\n * Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and influencing skills with executive-level presence.\n\n * Experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n * Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and analytics platforms preferred.\n\n * Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and mentor team members.\n\n * This is a fully on-site role based at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN (3days/week).\n\n * Willingness to travel.\n\n\n\n\nEstimated Hiring Range:\n\nAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
