Senior Structural / Transmission Line Engineer (5 Openings)
Area: Multiple Markets (Denver, CO / Chicago, IL / Boston, MA / Bloomington, MN / Sacramento, CA / Los Angeles, CA / Walnut Creek, CA)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days / week)

Job Summary:

• Serve as a senior technical specialist for overhead transmission line design, working with minimal supervision
• Design transmission lines from 69kV to 500kV+, supporting 345kV-765kV rebuild and greenfield projects, including HVDC
• Perform structural design of steel transmission structures and foundations using 3D analysis software
• Use PLS-CADD (required) and PLS-POLE (a plus) to deliver line design and analysis
• Apply NESC and ASCE/IEEE standards across project deliverables
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and maintain engineering design standards
• Support business development, proposals, and pursuit activities
• Qualifications: 11+ years of directly related transmission line engineering experience; BS in Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PE preferred; HVDC or 765kV experience a plus
