Senior Supervisor, Production\n\nSt. Louis, MO\n\nOnsite\n\nThe Senior Supervisor, Production plays a critical leadership role in ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This position oversees production teams, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\n\nYour key responsibilities\n\n * Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, including Operators and Leads. Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.\n * Production Management: Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and targets. Ensure optimal resource utilization and compliance with safety and quality standards.\n * Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures. Conduct inspections and audits, address issues promptly, and drive corrective actions.\n * Safety \u0026 Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant\u2019s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary from $107,500 annually.\n\nIn addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
