Position Overview
GTI is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations roles across the organization. This individual will operate as a strategic talent advisor to Supply Chain and Operations leadership while building scalable pipelines for both individual contributor and leadership-level talent.
This role requires strong sourcing capability, advanced Boolean expertise, talent mapping, competitor research, and high-touch candidate engagement strategies across manufacturing and industrial markets. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within industrial manufacturing, engineered-to-order manufacturing, contract manufacturing, modular infrastructure, or advanced manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing Operations roles across multiple facilities
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Plant leadership to define hiring priorities, organizational structure, and role requirements
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, X-ray search methodologies, and competitor talent mapping
• Build pipelines for buyers, planners, category managers, sourcing specialists, logistics leaders, inventory managers, and operations support personnel
• Conduct high-level screening conversations assessing manufacturing experience, ERP exposure, planning capability, operational alignment, and overall business fit
• Build multi-quarter talent maps identifying competitor organizations, target talent pools, and emerging skill clusters
• Develop passive candidate pipelines across manufacturing, industrial automation, modular construction, logistics, procurement, and engineered product industries
• Partner with leadership on compensation strategy, offer structure, and candidate closing activities
• Provide labor market insights and compensation benchmarking across manufacturing markets
• Lead offer negotiations for senior-level supply chain and operations talent
• Build CRM campaigns and long-term engagement strategies for critical talent pipelines
• Deliver market intelligence reporting on hiring trends, compensation shifts, and competitor activity
• Optimize ATS workflows, reporting, and recruitment analytics to improve hiring velocity and quality of hire
• Support workforce planning initiatives tied to operational growth and manufacturing expansion
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of recruiting experience focused on Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, or industrial environments
• Proven experience recruiting supply chain and manufacturing talent within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or engineered product organizations
• Advanced expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search construction, and talent mapping methodologies
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain structures, procurement workflows, and operational organizations
• Experience supporting hiring for planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory control, operations, or production support functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex offer negotiations and candidate closing strategies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently while influencing leadership and hiring teams
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience recruiting within modular manufacturing, BESS systems, power generation, industrial fabrication, or data center infrastructure environments
• Experience supporting high-growth or multi-site manufacturing organizations
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain operations, and manufacturing planning functions
• Experience building talent intelligence reports, competitive market maps, or workforce planning strategies
• Background supporting both high-volume operational hiring and specialized professional recruiting
