We are seeking a Senior Tax Reviewer / Generalist Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional who thrives in a high-standards environment, wants meaningful responsibility, and values long-term career growth at a quality firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Review federal, state, and local income tax returns (individual, partnership, and corporate) to sign-off ready status with minimal partner oversight
• Oversee and review tax planning, quarterly projections, and compliance deliverables
• Handle general accounting assignments including financial statements, journal entries, and book closings
• Support staff with technical questions and mentor junior team members as needed
• Communicate proactively and responsively with clients and colleagues (e.g., email response within a couple of hours)
• Work on a mix of tax and accounting projects, reflecting our generalist model

• 8–15+ years of total accounting experience
• Minimum 3 years focused on tax review responsibilities

Credentials: CPA preferred but not required

Technical Skills:

• Broad generalist experience (tax + accounting)
• Proficiency with CCH Axcess Tax and CCH Engagement (required)
• Strong background in partnerships (1065s), corporate, and individual taxation
• Solid accounting knowledge: financial statements, QuickBooks, journal entries, book closings
