Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage a medium-sized team of professionals, or multiple small teams, supporting complex initiatives and business operations.
• Oversee the production, reporting, and analysis of business metrics, analytics, and reports that support decision-making.
• Build consultative relationships with internal teams to understand strategies, objectives, and business needs and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives, providing guidance on approach, methodology, and execution.
• Coach, motivate, and develop staff while managing performance, resource allocation, and budget adherence.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience leading analytics, reporting, or business planning functions.
• Ability to guide teams through complex projects and provide technical direction.
