What will you do?

You will support the Account Management organization by

Creation and maintenance of Revenue Projection sheet, add new opportunities to CRM tool (Salesforce) and keep it updated, track and maintain all activities on CRM and/or InSight (SAM project)

Review of Weekly CRM Compliance and file RCA for Issues

Review Comments on PreSales/Account Management artifacts - proposals, contracts, etc.

Review of CRM projections daily/weekly with Executive Management

Reconciliation with Engineering organization of expectation of burn on weekly or as-needed basis (whichever is more frequent)

Review effectiveness of Engineering organization in their ability to meet customer expectations

Identify gaps in customer’s process that prevent effective Delivery Measure and Track customer satisfaction at a project and account level

Negotiate and execute Master Services Agreements and/or SOWs with customer
