Location: Faribault, MN

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with management to establish warehouse performance standards, develop operational budgets, and review data related to inventory levels, order volumes, storage requirements, and shipping deadlines.
• Plans, organizes, and monitors warehouse activities, establishing priorities that support efficient operations, cost control, and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinates daily warehouse functions with Logistics, Purchasing, Production, Maintenance, and subordinate supervisors to ensure optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and storage space.
• Reviews and analyzes warehouse, inventory accuracy, quality control, and operational reports to identify root causes of discrepancies, inefficiencies, or service issues, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Assists in developing and implementing new standard operating procedures and best practices to eliminate operational issues, enhance efficiency, support lean initiatives, improve accuracy, and strengthen workplace safety.
• Observes warehouse staff to ensure compliance with established procedures, safety standards, and productivity expectations.
• Drives a culture of continuous improvement through Lean principles, 5S, Kaizen activities, and employee engagement.
• Provides recommendations to management regarding adjustments to staffing levels, workflow priorities, or scheduling in response to equipment downtime, inventory issues, or operational challenges.
• Works with engineering or maintenance teams on modifications or improvements to warehouse equipment, storage systems, or material‑handling processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinates with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure warehouse employees receive proper training related to safety, equipment operation, and regulatory compliance. May deliver training directly or through subordinate supervisors.
• Ensures all warehouse activities comply with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Partners with Human Resources on recruitment, selection, employee relations, training and development, compensation, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Oversees and directs a team of warehouse employees to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely execution of all part‑picking functions.

Your Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing or warehouse

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred)

• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience (preferred)

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 to $136,800 + 10% BIP in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
