This position will be located in Roy, Utah and support the Sentinel Program.\n\nThis role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do:\n\nSpecific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:\n\n * Lead the Business Unit as the Labs Program Manager for Sentinel Restructure.\n\n * Owning the Business Unit Labs Management to include program integration within the Business Unit, Suppliers, Customers and other Stakeholders as necessary.\n\n * Detect, triage and mitigate early stage incidents that could become schedule, cost, or technical blockers.\n\n * Manage the Labs capacity planning and backlog for the Business Unit.\n\n * Maintain the Labs initiative backlog in the Special Projects portfolio.\n\n * Develop and maintain Lab process controls for the Business Unit.\n\n * Report risk reduction metrics, cost impact and schedule variance in senior leadership briefings.\n\n * Ensure Lab schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated and have what they need for success.\n\n * Coordinate and communicate technical execution and risks/mitigation to cross-discipline teams, government customers, and program leadership.\n\n * Development and adherence to master plans and schedules.\n\n * Conducting thorough risk \u0026 opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization.\n\n * Provide expertise as necessary for future business opportunities.\n\n\n\n\nPosition Benefits:\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: \n\u2022 Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage \n\u2022 401k \n\u2022 Educational Assistance \n\u2022 Life Insurance \n\u2022 Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions \n\u2022 Paid Time Off \n\u2022 Health \u0026 Wellness Resources \n\u2022 Employee Discounts \n\nThis position\u2019s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. \n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n * 8 years of relevant experience with Bachelor\u2019s degree, 6 with Masters or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.\n\n * US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years and Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR).\n\n * At least 1 year experience as a certified Control Account Manager (CAM) proficient in Earned Value Management.\n\n * 3+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal.\n\n * Experience in managing large scale-Labs and system integration labs for Command and Control systems.\n\n\n\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\n\n * Proven leader, problem solver, strong work ethic, excellent communications and interpersonal skills for close work with teammates, stakeholders, and customers.\n\n * Ability to brief senior Program, Division, and Customer leadership.\n\n * Experience working across multiple functional organizations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.).\n\n * Familiarity with Northrop Grumman execution, processes, procedures, tools and metrics.\n\n * Experience with ICBM programs.\n\n * Experience with complex system development on large programs.\n\n * Experience in system sell off and delivery to the customer.\n\n * Active TS clearance.\n\n * 2 years of experience as a control account manager (CAM) managing Discrete, LOE, and Material work packages.\n\n * Knowledge of configuration management best practices.\n\n * Experience test automation.\n\n\n\n\n#Sentinelleadership\n\n#Sentinelintandtest\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $151,500.00 - $227,300.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
