These positions will be located in Roy, Utah and support the Sentinel Program and may offer a competitive relocation package.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do: \n\n\u2022 Lead the Business Unit as the Program Manager for appropriate Increment through EMD.\n\n\u2022 Owning the Business Unit programmatic execution to include program integration within the Business Unit, Suppliers, Customers and other Stakeholders as necessary.\n\n\u2022 Detect, triage and mitigate early stage incidents that could become schedule, cost, or technical blockers.\n\n\u2022 Assemble and lead cross functional response teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Test, Software).\n\n\u2022 Produce rapid, data driven recommendations and coordinate them with executive sponsors for rapid resolution.\n\n\u2022 Maintain the Inc initiative backlog in the Special Projects portfolio.\n\n\u2022 Report risk reduction metrics, cost impact and schedule variance in senior leadership briefings.\n\n\u2022 Ensure program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated and have what they need for success.\n\n\u2022 Coordinate and communicate technical execution and risks/mitigation to cross-discipline teams, government customers, and program leadership.\n\n\u2022 Development and adherence to master plans and schedules.\n\n\u2022 Conducting thorough risk \u0026 opportunity management practices including identification, mitigation, and realization.\n\n\u2022 Provide expertise as necessary for future business opportunities.\n\nPosition Benefits:\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman you are eligible for our robust benefits package including: \n\n\u00b7 Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage \n\n\u00b7 401k \n\n\u00b7 Educational Assistance \n\n\u00b7 Life Insurance \n\n\u00b7 Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions \n\n\u00b7 Paid Time Off \n\n\u00b7 Health \u0026 Wellness Resources \n\n\u00b7 Employee Discounts \n\nThis position\u2019s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 8 years related experience or Masters Degree and 6 years of related experience, or 4 additional years in lieu of degree\n\n * Managing people preferred\n\n * US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years and Active Sentinel special access clearance (PAR).\n\n * Experience as an EVMS Control Account Manager (CAM)\n\n\n\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\n\n * 3+ years of related experience working on the Sentinel program in various positions.\n * 3+ years of experience formally leading engineering teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal.\n * Proven leader, problem solver, strong work ethic, excellent communications and interpersonal skills for close work with teammates, stakeholders and customers.\n * Ability to brief Segment, Program, and Customer leadership.\n * Experience leading interdisciplinary, major program event efforts on defense or aerospace programs.\n * Experience working across multiple functional organizations (Engineering, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.).\n * Familiarity with Northrop Grumman build execution, processes, procedures, tools and metric\n * Experience with ICBM programs.\n * Experience with complex system development on large programs.\n * Experience in system sell off and delivery to the customer.\n * MBSE experience (2+ years).\n * Product Development Experience (1+ years).\n * Active TS clearance.\n * 2 + years of experience managing people.\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $250,100.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
