The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. \n \nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s Degree in STEM field plus 8 years of experience, or Master\u0027s Degree in STEM field plus 6 years of experience\n\n * Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years\n\n * Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances (SAP) and a DoD Top Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs\n\n * At least 1 year of proven demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment\n\n * At least 1 year of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule in an Electrical Design organization in a lead or managerial role\n\n * Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in a combination of: Electrical Hardware design, Cable-Harness design, and wire schematic development\n\n * Working experience with designing cables to IPC/WHMA-A-620\n\n * Familiar with Siemens Mentor Graphics Capital cable design tool or equivalent\n\n * Experience CAD skills with experience developing wire diagrams or electrical schematics\n\n\n\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have\n\n * Master\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Systems Engineering\n\n * 1+ years Cost Account Manager and Program Scheduling experience\n\n * Electrical requirement verification experience\n\n * Integration and Test development/execution experience\n\n * Experience with Siemens Mentor Graphics Capital cable design tool or equivalent\n\n * Experience leading TEMPEST or EMI efforts with integrated product teams (IPTs)\n\n * Strong CAD skills with experience developing wire diagrams or electrical schematics\n\n * Experience designing, analyzing, and developing a power budget for an electrical power system of a military / aerospace system\n\n * Experience developing multi discipline system architecture for a military / aerospace system\n\n\n\n\n#Sentinelelectrical\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
