This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do:\n\n * Develop, and document Software Specifications and Verification Methodology.\n * Oversee the development, deployment, test and operations of all LSS Software\n * Support development and document system level function models and decompositions within model base systems engineering tool suites.\n * Participate in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for system\n * Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness and compliance of the test program\n * Support all phases of the systems lifecycle including concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal\n * Interface with internal and external customers\n * Manage Control Accounts within assigned scope and budget\n\n\n\nManager duties to include:\n\n * Demonstrate sound metrics management and the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues and solutions. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. \n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree and a minimum 8 years of relevant experience, Master\u0027s Degree and 6 years of experience or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree\n * Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance with an investigation completed within the last 6 years. \n * Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need. \n * 1+ years leading a team, including mentoring and coaching\n * 2+ years\u2019 experience with phases of the software development life cycle and Agile software development.\n\n\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\n\n * Strong experience leading teams and training others.\n * At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule\n * Experience with individual contributor performance assessments\n * Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills\n * Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with the ability to solve issues and predict potential programmatic and technical risks\n * Operates independently with limited to no supervision, and the ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers\n * Able to assimilate information from multiple sources, create coherent plans and then execute those plans\n * Knowledge of Cyber Engineering processes.\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
