This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nThe candidate will join the Nuclear Surety team and be responsible for technical leadership and assignment management of Systems Engineering Managers and Senior Systems Engineers. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, have a successful track record of program performance, and possess interpersonal team building skills. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 8 years of related experience or Master\u2019s degree with 6 years of related experience\n\n\u2022 1 year of experience working with Nuclear Surety Requirements and the Nuclear Certification process (e.g. DoDM 3150.02, AFI 63-125/91-101, AFMAN 91-118/91-119)\n\n\u2022 Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years\n\n\u2022 Must have an active Special Access Program (SAP) to Sentinel at time of application\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: \n\u2022 Active Top-Secret Clearance\n\n\u2022 1 year of formal management experience\n\n\u2022 5 years of ICBM engineering experience\n\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent efforts\n\n\u2022 Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)\n\n\u2022 Demonstrated Functional Management experience\n\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience identifying and defining staffing requirements\n\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs)\n\n\u2022 Experience with risk management (identification and development of risks) and driving risk mitigations to closure\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $250,100.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
