This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel Program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nThe selected candidate will be responsible for a Systems Engineering discipline Section within the SDS Systems Engineering organization and will report directly to an SDS Systems Engineering Department Manager. You will provide career mentorship and operational support to a Functional Home Room (FHR) team (Section) of between 8 and 12 Individual Contributors (ICs) based on Engineering goals, objectives, and company policy. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) with at least 8 Years of related experience; 6 Years with Masters\n\n\u2022 Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope (\u003c6 years), with the ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance\n\n\u2022 Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need\n\n\u2022 Experience generating, handling, processing, or analyzing test data\n\nThese Qualifications Are Nice To Have:\n\n\u2022 Active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years.\n\n\u2022 3+ years\u2019 experience leading systems engineering efforts\n\n\u2022 Familiarity with ICBM flight testing\n\n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead/manage a project including task development, scheduling, tracking, reporting status\n\n\u2022 Proven capable of being organized, efficient, and handling multiple tasks while paying attention to detail\n\n\u2022 Excellent written and oral communication as candidate will be expected to prepare briefings for leadership\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $139,100.00 - $208,700.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
