This position is in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program.\n\nNorthrop Grumman supports the Air Force\u2019s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.\n\nThis role will report to operating Segment Configuration Management / Data Management, and Program Change Engineering Lead and will work directly with Configuration and Data Management (CM/DM-PCE) leadership in a wide array of tasks associated with both configuration and data management disciplines.\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\n * Planning meeting agendas, conducting meetings, and recording meeting minutes, controlling technical baselines, and tracking configuration status, performing document reviews to include classification markings, data rights markings, and formatting, Familiarity with development and transfer of technical baselines, and conducting configuration audits\n\n * Developing Data Management products, knowledge, and experience with both Contractor Data Requirement List (CDRL) and Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL) processes\n\n * Developing solutions to a variety of complex problems, must be able to perform research and determine the best option from a variety of options without manager guidance\n\n * Plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives\n\n * Provide detailed CM/DM subject matter knowledge to both internal and external stakeholders when requested\n\n * Represent your organization as a prime contact on your assigned contract or project\n\n * Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * 5 Years experience with a bachelor\u0027s degree, 3 year with a Master\u0027s degree or 1 year with PhD. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. \n\nThis role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\n#Sentinelsystems\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
