This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force\u2019s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. This position may be filled at higher level based on qualifications below\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\n * Maintain the division EVMS compliant scheduling processes across an assigned element operations to include MS Project Server and Oracle Primavera P6 environments and all program phases from early investment through sustainment and deactivation. \n * Support specific IPT team activities including but not limited to: program support personnel, proposal and strategy support and specific program planning and scheduling activities in support of monthly deliverable (IPMDAR) generation. \n * Ensure the scheduling implementation meets the reporting requirements along with providing analysis on metrics to provide insight into process excellence and continual improvement. \n * Provide day-to-day support to assigned element IPT team with guidance, troubleshooting, and satisfying programmatic requirements. \n * Advise program business managers on integrating project schedules with Earned Value Management and support internal and external reviews and audits. \n * Perform role on-site at the identified work location with minimal travel requirements.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nThis position may be filled at a Program Planning \u0026 Scheduling Analyst level or Principal Program Planning \u0026 Scheduling Analyst level\n\n * Requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)\n * Requires a bachelor\u2019s degree with 2 years of related experience; 1 year with a master\u0027s degree; or 6 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree (Principal level requires a bachelor\u0027s degree and 5 years; a master\u0027s degree and 3 years; a PhD with 1 year; or 9 years of experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma in lieu of a degree)\n * Requires experience with MS Project, P6 Primavera, Deltek Open Plan, Deltek Cobra/MPM, Deltek Acumen, OR other Schedule Risk Assessment software tools\n * Requires experience working in Microsoft Project Server Environment\n * Requires experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel (Macro/VBA Skills)\n * Requires Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience \n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Active DoD Secret level security clearance (with the investigation in the past 6 years)\n * Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis or Program Scheduling\n * 1+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.\n * Experience with Schedule Analytics and Schedule Risk Assessment tools\n * Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.\n * Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n * Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.\n * Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.\n * Strong analytical ability\n\n\n\nPosition Benefits\n\nAs a full-time employee of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:\n\n * Medical, Dental \u0026 Vision coverage\n * 401k\n * Educational Assistance\n * Life Insurance\n * Employee Assistance Programs \u0026 Work/Life Solutions\n * Paid Time Off\n * Health \u0026 Wellness Resources\n * Employee Discounts \n\n\n\nThis position\u2019s standard work schedule is 9/80. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\n#SentinelBusMgmt\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
