This position will be in Roy, UT supporting the Sentinel Program.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Get To Do:\n\nThe successful candidate will lead the Modeling Based Requirements, Integration \u0026 Architecture (MB-RIA) organization within Sentinel\u2019s Mission and Weapons Systems Engineering (MWSE)\n\nteam, reporting directly to the MWSE Department Manager.\n\nThe MB-RIA team is responsible for system architecture development, Cameo tool governance and integration, and system requirements and verification governance and execution. As the MB-RIA Lead, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team tasks are completed on budget and within schedule. The candidate will be responsible for utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches in all activities. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.\n\nYou\u2019ll Bring These Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline with 8 years of related experience, 6 years with Masters\n\n\u2022 Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business need\n\n\u2022 Experience in SE in Requirements, Integration and Architecture.\n\n\u2022 Experience in MBSE and/or Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS).\n\nThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:\n\n\u2022 Cameo experience.\n\n\u2022 Top Secret (TS) clearance.\n\n\u2022 3+ years in technical leadership or formal management position.\n\n\u2022 3+ years\u2019 leading a team of Engineers across multiple levels of integration.\n\n\u2022 3+ years of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) experience.\n\n\u2022 Excellent communication, mentoring, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior management, peers, and employees.\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $166,700.00 - $250,100.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
