Job Title: Pool Server

Job Summary:
The Pool Server is responsible for providing friendly, efficient food and beverage service to guests in the pool area. This role ensures a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering timely service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and creating a relaxed, enjoyable poolside experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take food and beverage orders
• Serve drinks and menu items accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of poolside tables, chairs, and service areas
• Monitor guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Work Environment:
Outdoor pool setting with exposure to sun and varying weather conditions.
