Skills

• Know service, food, and beverage.


• Able to follow directions and work well as a team.


• Previous experience working in a sushi restaurant is a huge plus.
  


• Handle the table orders, present specials, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, inform customers about food preparation details, and communicate specific customer needs to the chefs.
