Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section. Inform guests about the meal they will be served.


• Prepare & serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.


• Serve standard menu, family style, to each assigned table. Provide additional food if requested, as it is all you can eat!


• Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.


• Clean the table & section when dinner service is complete.

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.


• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.


• Education requirements include a high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

• Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.


• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.


• Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
