• Greet guests like they’re old friends (because they just might become one).
• Take orders efficiently and accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and with flair.
• Handle guest concerns with positivity and professionalism.
• Work as a team with your fellow MVPs (servers, bussers, cooks, hosts—you name it).
