Server shifts starts anywhere from 5:30AM- 8AM and the day usually ends around 2:30. Throughout the day you will take orders, answer questions about the menu and food, sell the restaurant's food and drinks, take payment, prepare togo orders, communicate orders with the kitchen staff, seat customers, and help with customer service and cleaning (including bussing).
