The Role

As a full-time Server at Greenville Country Club, you’ll help uphold a refined, member-first dining program where consistency, pace, and discretion matter. This role exists to deliver polished table service that strengthens member relationships and protects our hospitality standards across dining and club events.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide attentive food and beverage service from greeting through closeout
- Accurately take orders, time courses, and coordinate with the kitchen and service team
- Maintain a clean, organized station and dining room presentation
- Resolve service issues quickly and professionally to drive outcomes for the member experience

Qualifications/skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal presence; calm under volume
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused with a polished appearance
- Prior hospitality/food & beverage experience preferred; willingness to learn required

Your Shift

Your shift is built around familiarity and precision—recognizing members, reading the room, and keeping service flowing smoothly. You’ll move between casual dining and club gatherings, staying composed during busy turns while keeping the dining space polished. Throughout the day, you’ll stay in close sync with culinary and front-of-house teammates so timing feels seamless and the experience remains personal, not transactional.
