Now Hiring - Servers at Retreat Gastropub in the Central West End

We are looking for experienced, hard-working, team-oriented Servers.

We have health insurance and benefits available to full-time employees.

The right person will be able to work in a fast-paced team environment, while still focusing on hospitality and customer service.

Requirements

• A person with a great attitude and work ethic, and gets along with co-workers
• Must be friendly, and focused on hospitality toward guests
• Must be available to work Nights (dinner shifts) and Weekends. We are open for dinner Thursday-Monday nights and Sunday for brunch.
• Proven experience as a Server / Waiter / Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality food environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus (rum and classic cocktail knowledge is a plus!)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Nights and Weekend availability are required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions knowledgeably
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Check on customers to ensure satisfaction 
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
