About the Role

You'll play a key role in shaping each resident's day-serving not just meals, but moments of connection.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism


• Guide guests through the menu, including daily features and offerings


• Take accurate orders using the POS system


• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, polished manner


• Anticipate needs and ensure a seamless dining experience


• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean, inviting environment


• Maintain dining room cleanliness and presentation standards


• Process payments, when applicable


• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines


• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service


• Assist with side work, including stocking and preparation

What We're Looking For

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A positive, team-oriented mindset


• Ability to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced setting


• A genuine appreciation for working with and serving seniors


• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items up to 25 lbs


• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)


• Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
