Shifts start and end early so you’ll never work at night.  Scheduling is generally flexible if you understand that our busiest days are on the weekends and holidays.  We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Servers at Egg Harbor Café are motivated to provide an exceptional experience for our guests utilizing our proven team-based system that is built on the belief that Together Everyone Achieves More.

• Are well-organized, keeping track of each table, remembering orders, and staying focused


• Ring orders using a POS tablet directly at the table


• Know the menu inside and out
