As a server at The Rail Craft Kitchen & Bar, you play a crucial role in embodying our core values and enhancing the overall dining  experience for our guests. Your enthusiasm, hospitality, and dedication contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere we strive to maintain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer service with a genuine and friendly demeanor.


2. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.


3. Contribute to the overall profitability of the restaurant by generating sales and adhering to all company recipes.


4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders.


5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.


6. Uphold our core values of Grit Hospitality, Leadership, Integrity, and Respect in every interaction.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. The desire to learn and put work toward growth is most important!


2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


4. Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.


5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
