Service Account Assistant

Beloform Craft is seeking a Service Account Assistant to support the coordination and day-to-day management of client accounts.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal team members to help ensure requests are handled efficiently, account information remains accurate, and service standards are consistently maintained. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily coordination and support of assigned client accounts.
• Communicate with clients regarding service requests, updates, and general account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and organized account information and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to help ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
• Follow up on pending requests, account updates, and service-related matters.
• Help identify client needs and communicate relevant information to the appropriate team members.
• Support account representatives with administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain a professional and positive client experience throughout every interaction.
• Assist with preparing reports, account summaries, and internal documentation.
• Contribute to improving service processes and overall account satisfaction.
