Description

Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers and identifying their needs and preferences

- Demonstrating vehicles and accompanying customers on test drives

- Follow up in a timely and efficient manner on work flow 

- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals

Requirements

- Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Professional demeanor and appearance

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
