Experienced Service Advisor

We are looking for a seasoned Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about the automotive industry, excels in customer service, and thrives in a team environment. If you're someone who can effectively communicate with customers, manage repair orders, and work closely with technicians to ensure an exceptional service experience — we want to hear from you.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor (Ford or domestic brand experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• CDK (or similar DMS) experience preferred

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $114,000.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, and Individual Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
