Job Description - Service Advisor

If you are an experienced ASM/Service Advisor looking for a career in a family style environment APPLY now!

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor! We at STOKES TOYOTA of Beaufort are very blessed and our business is growing. We are looking for the right Assistant Service Manager/Service Advisor to grow with us.

If you are a certified Toyota ASM, we want to talk to you.
If you are an experienced ASM with Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge we want to talk to you.

Stokes Toyota of Beaufort offers great compensation package. We offer up to a $2,500 sign on bonus for the right candidate with the right experience! Toyota Certified, Expert, Master or other manufacture experience is preferred!

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department.

Qualifications

Must be a top performer willing to go above and beyond for customers
Outstanding in work ethic and follow through
Must have at least 1 year experience in automobile service
Self-motivated, organized and driven to succeed
Must possess a valid driver's license
