We are a Freightliner, Isuzu and Sprinter authorized dealer.

Job Description

Neely Coble Company, Inc. (Nashville, TN) is seeking a Service Advisor.   This person will work as a single point of contact to our service customer accounts, providing them with personalized support regarding vehicle issues, and/or scheduling service appointments. • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service related position. Previous experience in the heavy duty truck/transportation industry is a definite plus. • Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. • Motivated, well organized, self-starter able to work effectively with limited supervision. • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Valid in-state driver's license. • Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Acts as a single point of contact for our dedicated customers. • Collaborates with Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, and Parts Personnel to give timely and accurate repair updates. • Answering phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner. • Assessing customer's needs and then using all available resources to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction. • Maintains a constant line of communication with the customer regarding the status of all requests. • Maintains daily service log and customer account records for reporting purposes. • Meets with customers frequently, at their place of business, to maintain a personal and positive working relationship.
