Service Advisor

Rohrman Indy Hyundai is looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Customer Service and be able to translate complex technical information to customers in a way that is easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs

- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to customers

- Work with technicians to identify required repairs and ensure proper diagnosis 

- Develop and present accurate repair estimates to customers 

- Set expectations for service completion times and ensure timely communication with customers 

- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction 

- Maintain accurate customer records and service histories 

Qualifications:

- Experience in Customer Service preferably the Automotive field

- Computer skills and eagerness to learn 

- Knowledge of automotive systems and components 

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask 

- Strong attention to detail 

- Sales experience a plus 

- Prior Hyundai or Kia experience helpful
